Shipping Policy

At Bojojo Kids Home, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how we process and ship every order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase.
  • Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after your order ships.
  • Larger furniture items (bookcases, benches, media towers) may take 1–2 additional days in transit due to package size.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes for oversized items at this time.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility in Encinitas, CA. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@bojojo.shop.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at info@bojojo.shop or +1 (888) 804-0788. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to reroute it.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed shipments: Occasionally carriers experience delays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, reach out and we'll investigate.
  • Damaged on arrival: Inspect your package on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, email photos to info@bojojo.shop within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Missing packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days so we can help file a carrier claim.
  • Undeliverable orders: Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed.
