Every Bojojo Kids Home product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

• Structural defects in materials or construction under normal household use.
• Hardware failures (hinges, fasteners, mounting components) that occur despite correct assembly and use.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or fading over time.
• Damage from misuse, exceeding stated weight limits, improper assembly, or accidents.
• Products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than an authorized party.

How to Make a Claim

Email info@bojojo.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll review your claim and, if approved, repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.
