We want you and your family to love your Bojojo Kids Home products. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Original packaging should be included where possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@bojojo.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you within the United States. For returns due to a change of mind on oversized furniture, a return shipping fee may apply and will be clearly communicated before you send the item back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of our error or a defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@bojojo.shop. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it ships. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, assembled-and-disassembled, or clearly worn items may not be eligible for a full refund. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
